Let’s create an Action that, for example, allows to get photos from Dropbox, edit them and send them via MMS. To do it:
- Tap the “+” button at the left-top corner or tap to a free space.
- Choose the ”Action” from the list.
- Action Editor appears with a new Action.
- Design Workflow:
- Tap on the “Workflow” to define tasks composing Action's activity.
- Tap the “+” button at the bottom-left corner or tap the “Add Task”.
- Tap the “Cloud” and then “Download Files” to add that task.
- Tap the “+” button at the bottom-left corner or tap the “Add Task”.
- Tap the “Photo” and then “Edit Photos” to add that task.
- Tap the “+” button at the bottom-left corner or tap the “Add Task”.
- Tap the “Communication” and then “SMS” to add that task.
- Tap “< New Action” (back).
- Setup Action's Icon:
- Tap Action's Icon.
- Tap the "App".
- Scroll to find the Dropbox icon and tap on it.
- Tap “< New Action” (back).
- Setup Action's Title:
- Tap on the empty title.
- Type the "SMS".
- Tap the Save button.
That’s it! Now you can tap on the “SMS” Action to send edited photos, obtained from Dropbox.

Note: you may be prompted to sign-in to Dropbox in order to launch that Action. If prompted - sign-in to your Dropbox account and launch the “SMS” Action again.
